Best of Belgrade Tour – drive and walk

Best of Belgrade tour shows you all most important sites in Belgrade with entrance to selected museums, so you can get to know history of Belgrade and Serbia the easy way. It includes visit to Yugoslav History Museum and  mausoleum of Tito that was president of Yugoslavia and leader of Movement of Non-Aligned Countries during Cold War. We will also enter Saint Sava’s Temple that is biggest Orthodox Christian church in the world by volume. After that follows visit to Nikola Tesla Museum that is the only museum in the world which preserves 160 thousand items that are original and personal heritage of Nikola Tesla as one of the biggest scientists and inventors in the world. Of course we will see all most important sites in downtown: Serbian Parliament, Presidency, Belgrade City Hall, Terazije and Republic Square, National Theater, National Museum, Students Square and Skadarlija bohemian street dated from 19th century, with numerous national restaurants and bars. Follows walk across the main pedestrian zone of Knez Mihailova Street to Kalemegdan Park and Belgrade Fortress with magnificent view to confluence of Sava to Danube River, Big War Island, Zemun Town and New Belgrade. At the fortress we will enter Ruzica (Rose) Church built in 19th century in former gunpowder storage.
